Description: This iconic & highly decorative film door poster was produced in 1942 to advertise the talking version of Charlie Chaplin's 1925 classic 'The Gold Rush'. This recently discovered poster, as you expect from being rolled up for nearly 80 years, has a few minor condition issues - but now we have placed it within a contemporary black frame it looks great and has been much admired within Culvertons' showroom in Dorking. Now the poster's condition has been stabilised future owners can commission further conservation work, such as re-lining, if so desired. Measurements - 155 cm high x 53.5 cm wide x 3 cm deep
