Description: This fine fruit wood occasional table (Circa 1800), is just one of several examples we were lucky enough to recently acquire from a private estate. The previous owner had a discerning eye and decorative flair as each shows all the characteristics one looks for when choosing antique furnishings in the 21st Century: simplicity of design; attractive choice of timber, functional and of course its overall ability to enhance a contemporary interior. This is a lovely example in good original condition - the blacksmith made iron supports under its base is just what we look for when evaluating a period table of this type.
